History and General Information

The Faculty of Applied Sciences was established on 24/07/2017 with the Decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2017/10708 and started accepting students in the undergraduate programs of the Department of Animal Production and Technologies and the Department of Plant Production and Technologies in the 2018-2019 Fall academic year. In 2021, the Department of Information Systems and Technologies and the Department of Plant Production and Technologies continue their activities with three undergraduate and one graduate programs with the opening of the Department of Plant Production and Technologies Thesis Master's Program in 2021. In January 2021, the Journal of Agricultural Production and Technologies was established within our faculty.

A total of 32 faculty members are working within our faculty, including 3 professors, 4 associate professors, 10 assistant professors, 6 lecturers, 9 research assistants.
