Prof. Dr. Aydın Akkaya, faculty member of the Department of Plant Production and Technologies, explained the effects of ploughing on soil properties, especially organic matter losses in the soil, in the light of research, and made a presentation to the participants about the benefits of zero ploughing in terms of sustainable wheat farming.
