"My dear workfriends,
As of today, I have entered the ninth year of my rector's office. I am excited and happy to be able to hand over this sacred duty, which we took over from our previous teachers, to our next friends with peace of mind. We had bitter-sweet days with you that we survived many hardships; We have witnessed decades of gains such as the July 15 coup d'état, the epidemic process, and finally the earthquake disaster, and the loss of lives that we will never forget. However, we have never lost our unity, our strength and our will to do what suits us every time. You have taken the initiative more than me in order to maintain the atmosphere of brotherhood and peace that we have worked so hard to establish in our university. It is my greatest wish that this beautiful environment will be preserved in the future and that the achievements achieved at the academic level will be carried to advanced levels that we will be much more happy about.
